Roll the first roll of pastry out, and lay it over a spray and cook sprayed braai grid.
Place your filling in, but don’t make it too full, or the grid won’t close.
Roll out the second roll of pastry and place it on top of the filling.
Seal the braai pie by brushing the edges with water and pushing together.
Close the grid and braai over a low heat for around 20 to 30 minutes, turning regularly so that neither side burns.
