Ingredients

2 cans Creamed corn
4 Eggs
60 ml Melted butter
60 ml Sugar
60 ml Flour
15 ml Baking powder
100 g Grated cheeseoptional, for mixing in and topping

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamed corn, eggs, melted butter, sugar, plain flour and baking powder. Mix until smooth and evenly combined, with no dry pockets of flour.
