At OZ Braai, we want to ensure your shopping experience is as smooth and hassle-free as possible. We offer shipping within Australia using two courier options – StarTrack and Australia Post. We aim to dispatch all orders on the same business day for orders placed before 1 pm.
We use Austalia Post where PO Boxes have been specified or for locations not covered by StarTrack.
We also offer international shipping to the following countries: Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States. All international orders are shipped using Australia Post.
Our shipping rates are based on your order’s weight and location. The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Please note that delivery times may be delayed during busy periods, public holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
StarTrack: deliveries normally get delivered within 1 – 3 business days from receiving your racking.
Australia Post: deliveries normally get delivered within 2 – 5 business days from receiving your racking.
Australia Post – International Delivery
Australia Post offers international delivery to the countries listed above. The delivery time is usually 10-15 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the courier’s website.
