Ingredients:
 6-8 Hot Cross Bunspreferably slightly stale, cut into 2-3cm cubes
 500ml Milk full cream or a mix of milk and cream
 4 Eggs
 100g Sugarbrown or white
 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
 1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
 Pinch of Salt
 50g Buttermelted (for drizzling)
 Optional: Extra raisins, sultanas, or other dried fruit
 Optional: Orange zest
