I’ve had the Bundle of knives and roll now for 6 months, the original idea was to have a decent set of knives when taking the family away in our camper. Long story short, they’re now our primary kitchen set. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase and post sale assistance from the Ozbraii team.

Purchased this bundle recently and it is awesome. The carry case is exceptional along with all the knives. Fantastic communication from Clinton and the team at Oz Braai. I won’t have to purchase anymore for camping as these will last a lifetime and be passed down. All of the gear at Oz Braai is exceptional and I cannot recommend highly enough.

Got this for my husband for Father’s Day. He loves it. It is a great knife set, with beautiful engraving, but it would have been awesome if it was an option to get the name leather roll-up as well.

And I couldn’t be happier.

I purchased these knifes after seeing them on Fire to Fork & they are amazing. I have a large number of knife, from slaughter knifes to fine Japanese chefs knifes and everything inbetween. These are with out doubt the best knifes I have. Although I originally brought them for our caravan, I’m now thinking they will stay in the kitchen. Thanks for a great product and amazing service & delivery time.

Superb. Absolutely superb. I like knives and have many sets. This set I’ve been admiring on this website for over a year after hearing about Oz Braai on Harry Fisher’s Fire To Fork channel. There was no way I was buying these knives singly. I loved the look of all of them and the leather roll on top. Patience paid off with Black Friday-ish deal throwing in engraving, sharpener and shipping. I was checking the tracking daily. It arrived smoothly and swiftly. I’m using these knives at home. Comfortable in the hand, good weight, balance and of course, very sharp already upon arrival. I’ve been showing off photos of my new knives. Super happy with the products and the service.

My husband is a regular viewer of Harry Fisher’s Fire to Fork YouTube channel and has always admired the FireChef Chef’s range of knives Harry uses. I purchased the Complete Knife Bundle as a gift for him to take touring in his Chev 2500 canopy. It is just perfect for this purpose, especially when doing little side trips to remote destinations without our caravan. The leather roll is a very convenient way to keep the knife set together so none get lost at pack up time, compact to store and ensures all the knives are clean and ready for use at a moments notice. We have quite a few Ozbraai products in our camping kit for fire cooking and they are all top quality, built to last and will be passed on to our children in the future.

I was impressed with the leather knife roll lovely leather nice feel to it and a nice thickness to it ,just as impressed with the knives I think this set will be the last set of knives I’ll be buying with proper maintenance they will last me a lifetime. If you want to buy one set of knives and never need to buy anymore these will do the trick.
Mark Rodger Verified owner
This is a fantastic set of knives and being able to wrap them up in the leather roll makes it easy and safe to take them camping which I did last weekend.
Cutting up the lamb leg rotisseried over charcoal fire was a breeze.
Having to maintain the carbon steel is actually a pleasure as it brings you closer to the knife allowing you to appreciate it even more.
I’ll be selling my Shun knives on Marketplace soon.
At $599 it’s a bargain set. Thanks Ozbraai!

Absolute 5 Star for both quality of the product and the superb customer service.
I purchased the Complete Firechef Knife Bundle as a 30th Birthday present and had both the handles and blades engraved. The recipient of the gift was beyond thrilled with the set of five knives and the beautifully crafted leather satchel.
Thank you Oz Braai for your fantastic customer service.

Best knives ever, they look good, feel good and cut good, they hold their edge and slice through the toughest meats.. the leather pouch is awesome too, definitely recommend

Good website, good communication and updates, accurate delivery times. Well packaged, accurately described and really good quality product. Very happy and highly recommend. 🙂

Although I already had two of the included knives I just had to have this set ( my son was more than happy to get my old knives ). Couldn’t be happier with the set, the leather roll is fantastic quality and all the knives are super sharp. Personally I’m not sure the internal press studs were necessary, the knives seem very secure in their pouches and they may mark the blades over repeated use.
Donna McGuire Verified owner
Quality knives. The leather pouch is very well made and looks ver impressive. The knives are super sharp and the canvas sleeves very handy if you just want to take one knife. The engraving is a lovely personalised touch. Great company to deal with. Everyone we show them to is super impressed. Highly recommend!

I bought these as a gift for my partner’s 40th who likes to camp after seeing them being used on Fire to Fork. The knives are beautiful. Each blade has a carbon black top edge with a polished lower edge. I had each blade engraved with my partner’s initials and it looks super fancy. The leather wrap is beautiful and I can’t wait to see it age. I can’t speak for my partner but the gift was well received. He uses them every opportunity in the kitchen. Would buy again for anyone who loves camping and/or cooking in general.
