This recipe is seriously tasty, guys! It's a pork rasher with coleslaw wrap that's perfect for a quick meal while out camping or travelling. You just braai the pork rashers to get that smoky, delicious flavour and cut them up to add to the wrap with the crunchy and tangy coleslaw.

The best part is that it's super easy to eat while you're out exploring, it is almost like having a disposable plate that you can eat. Just wrap it up and you're good to go! Plus, it's easy to make and won't take up too much of your valuable time, leaving you more time to enjoy the great outdoors.

INGREDIENTS

 500g pork rashers
 4 wraps
 salt and pepper, to taste
 store-bought coleslaw
 mayonnaise
 braai spice

DIRECTIONS

Place the pork rashers in the travel braai or use your normal braai grid and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through and slightly charred. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before cutting into small pieces.

In a mixing bowl, combine the store-bought coleslaw, mayonnaise and salt and pepper.

Place a spoonful of the coleslaw on each wrap. Top with pieces of the braai’ed pork rasher pieces.

Fold the sides of the wrap inward and roll up tightly.
